The terms are written in the masculine form for convenience and apply to both genders. Please read the terms of use carefully.

The website contains an online store for purchasing products, and the terms of use apply when using or purchasing products on the website.

The website, and all services provided through it, including design, content, trademarks, content, systems, and algorithms, are protected under copyright laws and intellectual property rights.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or use the content appearing on the website in any other way.

Using and purchasing products on the website constitutes your agreement to the terms of use, by which you commit that you or anyone on your behalf will not have any claim or demand against the website.

The terms of use written in these regulations are the only rules that will bind the business owners and website operators towards the users of the website's services.

Please note that the terms of use may change from time to time at the sole discretion of the website operators and without the need for notice.
Note: Changes will apply only to products/services purchased after the change.

If you do not agree to the terms of the regulations, you are asked not to register on the website or place orders.

The sole and exclusive jurisdiction for any matter arising from the use of the website is exclusively the competent courts in Tel Aviv, and only the laws of the State of Israel shall apply to the use of the website.

Website Usage

The website user must be 18 years of age or older, and legally competent.

The user must reside in Israel and hold an Israeli ID, and also hold a valid credit card issued in Israel.

It is the sole responsibility of the user to maintain the confidentiality of their password and username for the website.

The user is prohibited from opening an account for any third party without their express consent.

The user shall not use details and passwords of other users contrary to law.

The user disclaims responsibility from the website for any technical malfunction/disruption/website downtime, including malfunctions that may be caused by a third party providing hosting services, software, communication lines, and/or any additional service.

The user disclaims responsibility from the company for any attacks and hacking attempts by various parties on the website, communication networks, computers, and servers.

The company takes several security measures to maintain the privacy of information entered by users on the website, but it is important to know that this cannot be completely guaranteed and security breaches and unauthorized access to information may occur.

The company does not guarantee that the services and information on the website or on third-party servers hosting them will be absolutely immune from unauthorized access to the information stored therein.

By browsing the website, registering, and uploading content and/or information, the user releases the company and/or anyone on its behalf from liability for any damage caused to them and/or anyone on their behalf due to attacks, hacking attempts, and unauthorized access to information as stated, and waives any claim against the company and/or anyone on its behalf in connection therewith.

The company may at any given moment and at its sole discretion and without the need for notice, remove any content/comment posted by a user on the website, including deleting/suspending the user.

Some of the messages and publications sent to you may contain "cookies" such as "identification cookies" on your browser.

The company does not store users' credit card details on the business's servers or anywhere else.

The website acts as an intermediary between third-party suppliers - manufacturers, wholesale sellers, and various factories from around the world - and customers who use the website's services and/or place an order for product(s) through the website (hereinafter: "the User") for personal and non-commercial import.

Users who purchase products/services through the company's website are also subject to the partners' terms of use.

Every order on the website is subject to the laws of the State of Israel. Every user of the website is required to check the costs of taxes, customs, VAT, and other costs before placing an order. Next to each product, its price appears. The price includes Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated. However, the operator may change the price of any product at any time and at its sole discretion, without the user having any claims against it due to this. It is clarified that the decisive date for the price of the product is the date of order confirmation by the customer and not the date of its addition to the shopping cart.

The company is not the manufacturer of the products sold on the website.
Although we work to ensure that the product information on our website is accurate,
manufacturers may not be accurate or may change the information they decide to include on the product page.
Product packaging and materials may include additional or different information from the information displayed on the product pages on the website.
For medical products or products with medical implications - the content on our website is not used for diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing any medical or other problem.
The information does not replace medical advice and we recommend consulting a doctor or a qualified professional before using any product that comes into contact with the body.
You should always read the information, warnings, and instructions attached to the product before using it and not rely solely on the information found on our website.
If you feel that one or more of the products you have been exposed to on the website is offensive, misleading, or illegal, we invite you to contact us so that we can address the issue as soon as possible.

All information displayed on the website regarding products, including their quality and nature, was received directly from the partners.
A user of the website releases the company from responsibility for inaccuracies/discrepancies in the details displayed on the website concerning products, including images and product specifications displayed on sales pages and so forth.

When ordering on the website, the user must enter their details (such as: full name, current residential address, phone number, active email address, and any additional information required for completing the order).

Afterwards, some of the entered details will be transferred to the partners for the purpose of shipping. Therefore, it is very important to fill in accurate and correct details.
Note: Orders can only be placed for residential addresses within the State of Israel.

Within 48 hours from the time of placing the order, the user will receive the order confirmation in the email provided. This order confirmation constitutes a final and absolute confirmation.

If a product you ordered is out of stock, or if for some reason the supplier is unable to provide the product, you will be offered the option of receiving an alternative product or canceling the transaction.

If you decide to cancel - a full refund will be issued to your credit card.
Note: Except for receiving an alternative product or canceling the transaction as stated, you will have no claim, demand, and/or request against the company.

The time until the money is received via the payment method can sometimes be delayed due to external factors and may take up to 45 business days.

After placing an order, an automatic registration will be made to the website's electronic mailing system.
Registration is essential to update the registrant or purchaser on the order processing stages, including sending invoices, order confirmation, shipment tracking, etc.

Furthermore, registration for the electronic mailing list will allow the website and the company's team to send promotional and marketing information. We commit not to transfer the registration details to any other company.

You can unsubscribe from the marketing email list by clicking on a link found in every marketing message sent to you. It is not possible to unsubscribe from the message system regarding order status and shipments.

The website is not responsible for the quality of products, delivery times (including delays due to various factors), or late delivery, and any damage caused to the customer as a result.

The images displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only. There may be color differences and other variations between the appearance of the product in the image and the actual product.

The business shall not be responsible for clerical errors in the specifications and technical details of each product. It is agreed that the customer or a third party hereby waives any claim and/or demand due to such clerical error.

Responsibility for all products offered on the website lies solely with the manufacturers and suppliers.

It is hereby agreed that any delay or failure to deliver a product purchased on the website due to force majeure, including unusual weather, strikes at various service providers, or unexpected disruptions in the website's computer system, shall not obligate the business, and the customer or anyone on their behalf or a third party hereby waives any claim and/or demand on account of this.

The business and website administrators will not bear indirect or direct responsibility towards the customer or any third party in any case of failure in ordering or delivery due to force majeure, including malfunctions in computer systems, telephone, credit card companies, or any other factor related to the completion of the purchase and delivery operation.

It is hereby agreed that an order and purchase through the website does not and shall not constitute a contract for the benefit of a third party.

The business reserves the right to change the regulations from time to time at its discretion.

All information and/or content and/or images appearing on the website, including graphics, design, trademarks, logo marks, including their editing and presentation on the website, are the exclusive property of the website or the business.

Shipping

Delivery time is usually up to 30 business days from the date the product is shipped.

Home delivery operates in a limited number of localities, and therefore shipments will arrive at a collection point (including post offices).
From the moment of order, the shipping time for the company is 5 business days.
In some cases, there may be unexpected delays or changes, such as delays from Israel Post, shipping companies, or various other factors in the process.

The latest date for product delivery is a maximum of 60 business days from the date the product is shipped.
In such a case, you should contact customer service, and we will offer you, at your choice, a full refund or re-shipment.
Orders are shipped directly from the supplier abroad.
For orders with more than one product, products may be sent in separate packages.

 

To purchase products on the website, you must select products from those displayed on the website and add them to the shopping cart. Afterwards, you must proceed to the checkout page on the website, where you need to fill in several details including an up-to-date email address, address, shipping address, phone number, and credit card details. If the shipment is addressed to someone other than the purchaser, the full address of the recipient and their phone number must be specified. These details are required for coordinating delivery. All details provided on the website during the purchase process are secured with the latest technology. After completing the order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the purchaser. An order and purchase transaction will only be considered complete if a purchase confirmation is received from the credit card company. If the business was unable to supply the product, the business will not be obligated to supply the product. In this case, a suitable notice will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.

If a product is out of stock without it being noted that the product is unavailable, and the product appears on the website at the time of placing the order, the customer will have no claim and/or demand in this regard for any direct or indirect damage caused to the customer or a third party.

Providing false personal information related to the purchase process is a criminal offense and a civil wrong. In case of an accidental error, the customer must notify the business, and any additional costs incurred as a result will be charged to the customer.

Information submission on the website is secured with the most advanced PCI technology. With this technology, information regarding the purchaser's billing details is encrypted and deleted immediately after the purchase. In addition, the business undertakes to take customary precautions to keep personal information about the customer as confidential as possible.

After the completion of the order and subject to the conditions specified in Chapter B, the products will be personally and specially ordered for the purchaser from the manufacturer abroad, who will deliver the products to their doorstep and/or the nearest distribution point, within 40 business days.

The website team will work to provide the purchased product as quickly as possible, in accordance with the terms detailed on the shipping page and the option chosen by the customer. It is hereby clarified and agreed that the business has no control over the exact delivery dates of the shipping service and bears no responsibility for it.

In any case of delay in product delivery, the purchaser is obliged to notify immediately, allowing the business to try and resolve the problem as early and efficiently as possible.

 

Business days - regular days, not including Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays.

If you received a defective product (a product that arrived damaged, not a product damaged due to use) –
You can exchange it for a working product or return it and cancel the purchase in a few simple steps. In some cases, we will solve the problem for you even without the need to return the product. To process the issue and provide a solution, we will ask you to attach photos illustrating the defects in the product with a description of the malfunction.

If the reason for cancellation is only regret –
A cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or NIS 100 will be charged, whichever is lower. Additionally, for credit card transactions, an additional cancellation fee applies from the credit card company.

Product returns are possible within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.

To prevent inconvenience, please ensure that the product has not been damaged as a result of use and that it has not been used in any way (it is clarified that connection to electricity, gas, and water will be considered use).
Returning the product in its original packaging indicates non-use of the product (subject to our inspection).

When returning the product, please ensure that the product is returned in its entirety with all accessories that came with the product.
The refund will be processed after inspecting the product, within a maximum of 7 business days from the date it was collected by us.

Returns are only possible via registered mail with a tracking number, through an Israel Post branch.

You can cancel a transaction for any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. If you wish to cancel a product after it has been shipped, you must wait for its arrival and send it back to the supplier's warehouses in China, in coordination with our customer service via WhatsApp or email (it is mandatory to contact us to arrange the return).

The costs of shipping products to the website's shipping center will be borne by the purchaser.

For these products returned as stated, a full monetary refund will be given, minus shipping costs. If the business incurs additional costs, such as cancellation fees for the credit card company, these costs will be deducted from the refund amount available to the customer. The refund will be given to the credit card used for the purchase.

Notwithstanding the above, products for which it is stated on the website that they are non-returnable, no such return will be possible. These products include, for example, custom-made products and products in special shipments.

A full refund will be sent after the customer sends the product back to the factory in China.

In any case of inconsistency between the website's policy and the Consumer Protection Law, the provisions of the law shall prevail over the website's policy.

The product return policy varies from product to product, depending on the diverse range of partners and suppliers.

It is the responsibility of the person placing the order to notify immediately, within a maximum of 5 business days, of receiving a defective product/a product that does not match the order.

The company will manage the communication with the partners on behalf of the user and will act in accordance with their policies, but it is not responsible for any monetary refund or compensation to the purchaser.

In case of a product return, it is the responsibility of the product's orderer to send the product back to the destination address from which it was sent, and to bear the shipping costs or any additional costs required for returning the product.

In a credit card transaction (as opposed to a "PayPal" transaction) – in addition to the cancellation fees stipulated by law, an additional 'transaction cancellation fee' will be charged by the credit card company 'Isracard'.

 

The Consumer Protection Law allows a customer of a distance sale transaction to cancel the transaction within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, or from the date of receiving the transaction details – whichever is later, and at a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction or NIS 100 – whichever is lower.

Protection of your purchase from the order date until product shipment:

If a request to cancel an order was sent, and the product has not yet been shipped, the company will issue a monetary refund including a transaction cancellation fee.

If the product has already been shipped, the customer will have to wait until the product arrives, and then return it in accordance with the product return policy.

Often the product is shipped, but its tracking number has not yet been updated in the system.
Therefore, the fact that a tracking number has not yet been updated should not be taken as proof that the product has not yet been shipped.
