Terms of transaction cancellation

Before you cancel a transaction, we invite you to contact us. If you have decided to cancel anyway, please fill in your details in the form on the left and we will contact you as soon as possible. A. Transaction cancellation will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, or the disclosure document, whichever is later. B. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, a cancellation fee of 5% or NIS 100 will be charged for the cancellation of the transaction, whichever is lower. C. The product will be returned, if possible, in its original packaging. D. The company will provide the consumer with a copy of the credit notice that the business provided to the credit card company. E. It is not possible to cancel the purchase of perishable goods, goods manufactured specifically for the consumer, and goods that can be recorded, copied, and duplicated if the consumer has opened their original packaging.
